I am currently at the half way point for RED January for Mind which I am aiming to stay active every day for at least 30 mins. My aim is for at least a mile a day (god bless the dog walks) but i have so far accumulated 49 miles in the first 17 days. I don’t have any races for january but plenty of time yet to accumulate so miles ready for my Leeds half training plan to begin. First race is on the 2nd of February at Dewsbury.

I will be posting a final update on this month on 1st february hoping for 100 Miles and preparation for Leeds Half will get underway on 10th February.
